Airconstruct H.V.A.C. together with its employees and subcontractors will ensure that our actions do not have a negative impact on the environment.

Airconstruct H.V.A.C. together with its employees and subcontractors, will:

* Minimise the creation of waste materials.
* Ensure that the waste that is generated is recycled whenever practicable.
* Ensure that all hazardous and environmentally sensitive materials are effectively contained.
* Dispose of residual waste materials in a safe and environmentally acceptable manner.
* Comply with relevant regulatory and legislative requirements.

All tasks performed that involve the use or recovery of refrigerant will be carried out in accordance with the Australia and New Zealand refrigerant handling code of practice 2007 Part 1 and 2, a copy of which will be kept in each service vehicle and will be available online at www.airconstruct.com.au. Refrigerant Reclaimed will be recorded on Form SMP-19. Refrigerant sold will be recorded on Form SMP-20 in Accordance with legislation.
