Airconnect is a web based AS3666 compliance database designed to connect clients with their on-site equipment. Often with large sites the equipment is only ever seen on paper and things are overlooked. It is customisable for any site and tracks the history of maintenance and breakdowns as captured in the field. Clients are issued an Airconnect user account and login for their site which is accessed through the client login portal.
It also allows us to record risk issues and send notifications if those higher risk issues sit idle. We can develop W.I instructions to suit your particular site and maintain them on the Airconnect database.
When we begin on any new site we begin with an audit. From this audit we capture all H.V.A.C. & R equipment on site and rate its condition and reliability status so you have some information to forecast which is important when budgeting for Capex in organisations large and small.
